Well I took a step in the right direction yesterday by xeroxing my recipes that others have given me. There is a TON. This is actually a massive project. I haven't even xeroxed all of them!
For fun, I will post one. I will post more as I come across more favorites.
THIS IS DELICIOUS!
Corn Souffle'
By- Cindy Heinsohn (My mom in law)
1 8oz sour cream
1 stick of butter, melted
1 box Jiffy corn bread mix
1 can cream corn
2 cans kernel corn (undrained)
Mix all ingredients and put in sprayed dish @ 375 for 45-60 minutes
